The net height of a pickleball court is 36 inches high at the sidelines and 34 inches high in the middle. Pickleball can be played in singles or doubles format. Players use a small graphite or fiberglass paddle to hit a 'wiffle ball' a plastic ball with holes all around allowing the ball to move through the air much cleaner than a tennis ball.
